Story

Wario wants some tacos, but the fridge is empty!  So, Wario goes to Taco Bell!

But Uh Oh!

The extra beans aren't doing him well!

Get to the hospital before Wario has a heart attack!

Run!!!

Gameplay

Run through the open-world and try and find the fastest way to a hospital! 

(also try plenty of other themed levels!)

Grab tacos to replenish energy, but it lowers your time limit, so use wisely!

Dodge civilians as you run, so you don't get sued!

Make it to the hospital before Wario has a heart attack from too many beans!
